In an interview with CMT’s Cody Alan, Jamie Foxx revealed that he was once roommates with Gary LeVox of Rascal Flatts. The vocally gifted duo lived together in the late 90s in California and remain great friends to this day.
“The way we were brought together, it was about music. Every single moment that we were doing this, it was about music. Just trying to figure out how to come up,” Foxx said. “This was years ago. Then to see him now, 30 billion records later, it’s amazing. I always talk to him, ya know, we always text messaging or visiting each other, and um, he is supposed to take me bow hunting.”
Foxx teamed up with his old roomie, LeVox, on Rascal Flatts’ song “She Goes All The Way” in 2007.
