George Strait’s Vaqueros Del Mar golf tournament returned for its 11th annual event in Boerne, Texas benefiting Feherty’s Troops First Foundation - an organization that supports wounded military servicemen and women and their families.
The event raised $1.7 million dollars this year for the cause. Tapatio Springs Resort, the the Strait-owned venue where the event was held, donated $25,000 themselves!
Since the charity golf tournament began, it has raised more that $10 million for veterans and military members.
