Back in April 2016 AC/DC announced Brian Johnson was leaving the band due to hearing issues.
I’m sure we were all beyond happy when Brian was back as the band’s singer for their latest album “Power Up”.
Live shows are something Brian hasn’t done a lot since leaving AC/DC in 2016 because of his hearing.
But he has mentioned having success with new technology to help his hearing.
How well does it work on stage?
You can see a clip below of Brian on May 2nd 2021 joining Foo Fighters on stage to perform “Back In Black” at the filming of Global Citizen’s “Vax Live: The Concert To Reunite The World”.
I for one hope AC/DC will be able to hit the road to tour behind “Power Up” with Brian on vocals once the pandemic really starts to quiet down.
This clip with Foo Fighters certainly makes the desire that will happen that much stronger.
