This is SO EXCITING! Reese Witherspoon is taking her “Hello Sunshine” production company and partnering with Apple TV+ to create a new show called “My Kind of Country” - which will be searching for “extraordinary” country music talent.
This is also a big deal for Apple TV+ as it is their very first singing competition on their streaming service. Reese shared on Instagram, “There are so many remarkably talented people whose voices are being heard right now, but there are many more who have different experiences and remarkable stories that still need to be told in the genre. I’ve been incredibly inspired by all artists who continue to blaze bold new trails and our hope is to discover musicians who are revolutionizing country music and help amplify their voices and bring the JOY of Country Music to everyone around the world!”
We have no doubt this show will do just that! We are SO excited for “My Kind of Country” and we can’t wait for it to hit Apple TV+!
