NASCAR fans around here aren’t going to be happy with the 2021 NASCAR Cup Series schedule that was released today. After 10 years of hosting a Cup Series race in the Summer, the speedway in Sparta, KY is off of next year’s schedule all together. If you had tickets to next year’s race already you can receive a full refund or credit towards tickets at another Speedway Motorsports track.
As of right now there aren’t any NASCAR related events scheduled to take place at Kentucky Speedway in 2021.
The new schedule next year features a dirt track race at Bristol Motor Speedway in the Spring as well as races at new tracks such as Circuit of The Americas in Austin Texas, Nashville Superspeedway, Road America in Wisconsin. A second race was given to Darlington Raceway and Atlanta Motor Speedway as well.
